8.2 Effect of Suspension
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rg7772 will typically freeze the account balance. If the investigation concludes that the account was in good standing, the balance will be released. If a violation is confirmed, rg7772 will apply the appropriate remedy, which may include forfeiture of some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the violation.
